Each of our private sauna and cold plunge rooms has its own shower for your convenience. The room that includes both a sauna and cold plunge features a double shower for added convenience. Sukin shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer are provided in both rooms.
While there is no toilet inside the private rooms, we do have a toilet available within the business for customer use.

You’re welcome to park anywhere on our premises. If no spots are available, there is free street parking nearby.

We don’t offer memberships currently; however, we do have a loyalty card program where you automatically start earning rewards. After completing nine paid sessions of the same type, your 10th session is free.

We’re open seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. However, if you’d like to book an earlier or later session, we’re happy to accommodate if possible! Please contact us directly to make request.

Yes! Both our sauna-only room and our contrast therapy room are completely private, ensuring a comfortable and personal experience for you and your guest(s).

Yes! When booking online, you have the option to book:

  • Up to 2 people for a sauna-only or cold plunge-only session
  • Up to 3 people for a sauna & cold plunge (contrast therapy) session
If you’re comfortable with a cozier setup and you would like to bring an additional person, please contact us directly to arrange a booking.  Please note that there is an additional charge of $15 per extra person.
If you’re feeling unwell with a cold, flu, or any contagious illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session when you’re feeling better to help protect the health and well-being of our staff and other guests.

Additionally, if you have a fever, using the sauna in not recommended, as raising your body temperature further can put extra stress on your system. Cold plunging while sick may also be too taxing on your immune system, so it’s best to wait until you’ve fully recovered.

Bookings are highly recommended, as we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. Also, our saunas and cold plunge require time to reach the ideal temperature, so booking ahead ensures your session is ready when you arrive. While you’re welcome to stop by, we strongly encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Children are welcome to use the sauna or cold plunge under parental supervision and responsibility. We do not recommend usage for children under 12 years old and we recommend only shorter sessions with close supervision for children between the ages of 12-16 years old.

We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously. Our sauna and sauna + cold plunge rooms are thoroughly cleaned between every customer to ensure a fresh and sanitary experience.

Our cold plunge is a commercial-grade system with high-quality filtration and ozone purification, keeping the water clean and safe. The water is emptied and refilled weekly, and we regularly change and maintain our filters to always ensure top-quality water.
We understand that plans change, and we strive to keep our cancellation policy as flexible as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
While we don’t currently require prepayment, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.

Payment is made upon arrival. We accept credit cards (AMEX included), debit cards and cash.
