Infrared saunas use light to generate heat, warming your body directly rather than heating the air around you. This allows for a deeper, more comfortable sweat at lower temperatures compared to traditional saunas.

Infrared sauna therapy may help with:
  • Detoxification through sweating
  • Muscle and joint pain relief
  • Stress reduction and relaxation
  • Enhancing circulation & cardiovascular health
  • Skin health and rejuvenation
  • Enhancing sleep quality
  • Boosting immune system
  • Weight loss and increased metabolism
Infrared saunas are safe for most people and offer a range of benefits, but they may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. If any of the following are applicable to you, consult your health care provider before using an infrared sauna:

  • Cardiovascular conditions (uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, heart disease, recent heart attack)
  • History of stroke or serious neurological conditions
  • Open wounds, burns, or severe skin conditions
  • Recent surgery or major injuries
  • Medical implants (pacemakers, defibrillators, or other heat-sensitive devices)
  • Medications affecting heat regulation
  • Hemophilia
  • Pregnancy or trying to conceive
  • Fever
  • People under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Sauna usage is very much dependant on the individual and their specific needs/goals. We recommend 2-4 sessions per week but even 1 session per week provides benefits including relaxation, muscle recovery, improved circulation, and detoxification.

A typical session lasts 30 to 45 minutes, but first-time users may start with 15–20 minutes and gradually increase as they become more comfortable.

The optimal temperature for an infrared sauna is between 45-60 degrees. Beginners should start at 45-50 and gradually work up to 55-60 degrees.

Whatever you feel the most comfortable. That can be swimsuits or nothing at all. We do suggest bringing some light weight/ comfortable clothes to put on after your sessions.

Absolutely! Hydration is essential before, during, and after your sauna session to replace lost fluids and avoid dehydration.
